… my far behind knitting project from the february knit-along. I think this will take me another decade ;)

Regia yarn for the paraphernalia socks. Finally about to start :) 

This is my first attempt in knitting socks. I thought it would be a great idea to practice with a simpler pattern before diving in the february knit-along (sock pattern). Well it takes me longer than I thought so the knit-along has too wait just a little longer ;)

…had some yarn left from my shroom hat, so I decided to make a simple matching cowl with the same rib pattern. We´ll see how that works out  ;)

Oh and in case somebody want´s to know the yarn is Rowan Amy Butler belle organic dk (50% organic wool 50% organic cotton) it´s wonderful soft. The color it´s cinnamon.

This is my “Start something Sunday” slouchy beret. I don´t know if I did the cable pattern right but I like it. I should have knit it a little longer for a bit more slouchyness, maybe next time :(

… just another cellphone cozy. I love those quick little knits. Isn´t it beautiful to start something and to see just a little bit later an result :)

No this isn´t a pure knitting tumblr ;) but it´s cold outside … and sooo warm and cozy on my sofa with something to knit… and then there is this great knit-along… and I really enjoy knitting these days especially hats. So hope you don´t get tired of this ;)

taada … I present my knit-along shroom hat :) What a fast and lovely knit!

As mentioned before I knitted with two strands of Lana Grossa Cinque. I made some little modifications: the 1x1 Rib a little shorter, the Puff rib longer (until  the whole piece was about 9 inches) and I used this great advice for the decreases instead of the k3tog.
